The Gathering
Cards and Prints Available The Gathering 1997 Apple trees, Honey bees, Children playing free The girls have found Grandpa's favorite old apple tree in the overgrown orchard, which is just down the lane from Grandma and Grandpa's farm. The pony knew the way, she's been here before and remembers the sweet taste treat of the fallen apples. The picking of the first apples of the fall is always an exciting anticipation of the fragrant smells and tastes soon to come from Grandma's still used wood cook stove. Jessie, the dog and Gabriel, the cat, have made their way down the lane to see what all the fuss is about. The girls will take back their aprons full of ripe, red apples to show everyone that the time is near for the gathering of the family to help with the harvest. This is a companion to "the path to grandmas" Prints available in 450 signed and numbered prints; Image size 13 1/2 x 18 Overall size 16 x 20 8 x 10 lithographs available 5x7 cards available
